Family Support Services

The Family Support Program is an "end of the road" assistance program. The services are available to persons who are unable to meet their needs through other agencies, organizations or funding sources.

Services provided under the program should be flexible and responsive to families and their needs.

Some examples of services that are reimbursed:

Respite care Day care Homemaker Services Specialized equipment Housing Costs Personal assistance Transportation services

Health related costs not otherwise covered Minor home and vehicular modification Licensed nursing and nurses aid services Specialized nutrition, supplies and clothing Specialized equipment maintenance and repairs Family counseling and training Summer camp for children and adults
