Join our team in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they work towards greater independence. You'll assist with personal care, housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, errands, and medication administration. Additionally, you'll accompany individuals on local trips to fairs, events, and other outings.

​Starting pay is $15.62 per hour, with a $500 sign-on bonus ($250 after 90 days and $250 after 6 months). Full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends. No prior experience is required, as we offer paid training.

​

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Valid TN driver’s license, insurance coverage, and adherence to Pacesetters policy

• Reliable Transportation

• Ability to pass a criminal background check & drug screen

• Proof of education preferred, or proof of ongoing education
