services for 48 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our team goal is to provide the best support system possible, so the people we support can live a
fulfilled independent life. Whether that be through
enabling technology, natural supports, employment, supported living, and community participation.

What do we do for fun in the Putnam Office?
"Every Tuesday we have Community BINGO at the Putnam County Parks & Reb building from 11:00am to 1:00pm. Community Bingo is open to the public. We also have Dance parties for special occasions. We have our Annual Golf Tournament fundraiser to raise money to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families in the Upper Cumberland.
