RAIN / REFUND / NO SHOW POLICY FOR FUNDRAISING TOURNAMENT On the scheduled date of the tournament, if the course is open and playable, refunds/rain checks will not be issued to individuals that are not able to participate due to unexpected issues. In the event of inclement weather, we will have a rain date TBD. if Individuals are not able to play on the scheduled rain date, refunds/rain checks will not be issued. We appreciate your donations! Where will the money go?

Pacesetters is an efficient organization. For every dollar earned; 90% goes directly to program support and only 10% is spent on general administrative costs. Proceeds will go to:

• Families with loved ones who have disabilities living in their care and are in need of assistance with living expenses such as food, gas to get to work, utilities and other services not covered by other programs.

• Financial support for adults with disabilities who lack the resources for special medical and adaptive equipment, living expenses and other needs not covered by existing resources.
