Direct Support Professionals (DSP) provide services to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to empower and support people with disabilities and their families to live enriched and fulfilled lives. Depending on the needs of the persons supported, the DSP assists with living skill development, health maintenance, medication administration, personal care, and behavioral development.

​Starting pay is $16.25 per hour, with a $500 sign-on bonus, or up to $2500 with specific training!

 

*​ The $2,500 sign-on bonus is only applicable for Putnam County and is dependent on the following training:

- Hoyer Lift Training

- Medication Certification

- CPR/First Aid

- Relias

​

Full-time/Nights/Weekend shifts are available.

​Qualifications

• Med Administration Certified

• Minimum 18 years of age

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Valid TN driver’s license

• Reliable Transportation

• Pass a criminal background check & drug screen

• High school or equivalent (Required)

• Direct Support Professional: 1 year (Required)
