Kristi has spent over a decade working in HR across both nonprofit and private sectors, and is passionate about creating workplaces where people feel supported, respected, and empowered to grow.

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring with short hikes, playing board games with family and friends, and of course, starting the day with a large cup of coffee.
