Frank was born in Iowa but raised in Michigan. He lived in Florida for 9 years, before moving to Putnam County in 1993. He then moved to Overton county in 1996, where he still lives.

Frank joined Pacesetters in 2012 as Billing Specialist. He then got promoted to Reportable Event Management Coordinator and Provider Investigator in October of 2021.

He enjoys spending time with his 5 children and 7 grandchildren. His hobbies include fishing, rock hounding, genealogy, and hockey.
